ART RESERVED FOR ONE CLIENT

Exclusivity

Secure an eligible KC Art artwork exclusively for your business, hotel or professional space.

Once acquired through Exclusivity, the artwork is withdrawn from sale and will not be produced, sold or licensed to anyone else. Your business becomes the only client to own and display this distinctive KC Art piece.

DISCUSS EXCLUSIVITY

One Artwork. One Client.

Exclusivity is created for businesses and hospitality spaces seeking an artwork that no other client can acquire.

Selected artworks from the KC Art Limited Edition collection may be eligible, provided that no edition of the artwork has previously been sold.

Once an Exclusivity Agreement is completed:

  • The artwork is removed from the KC Art shop

  • No additional editions will be produced

  • The artwork will not be sold to another client

  • The image will not be licensed for another commercial project

  • Your business becomes the exclusive owner of the physical artwork

The exact terms are confirmed in a written agreement before purchase.

Who It Is For

Exclusivity may be ideal for:

  • Hotels and boutique accommodation

  • Restaurants and hospitality venues

  • Corporate offices and headquarters

  • Wellness and spa environments

  • Property developments

  • Interior designers working on distinctive commercial projects

  • Businesses seeking a unique visual identity

The artwork may be selected for one statement location or incorporated into a wider interior concept.

A DISTINCTIVE ARTWORK FOR YOUR SPACE

What Exclusivity Means

Exclusivity allows an eligible KC Art Limited Edition artwork to be secured for one client only.

After the agreement is finalised, the artwork will no longer be available as a Limited Edition and no other client will be able to purchase it.

This creates a unique connection between the artwork and your business, hotel or professional environment.

Although the physical artwork and its exclusive availability belong to the client, copyright remains with Kristin Couch / KC Art unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

How It Works

1. Select an Artwork

Choose a KC Art Limited Edition artwork that reflects the atmosphere, identity and character of your space.

2. Confirm Eligibility

KC Art confirms that no edition of the selected artwork has previously been sold and that it remains available for Exclusivity.

3. Discuss Your Space

Share photographs, measurements and information about the location where the artwork will be displayed. Guidance on size, material and presentation can be provided.

4. Receive a Tailored Proposal

You receive a clear proposal covering the selected artwork, physical format, price, production, delivery and terms of Exclusivity.

5. Complete the Agreement

The artwork becomes exclusive once the written Exclusivity Agreement has been signed and the agreed payment has been received.

6. The Artwork Is Withdrawn from Sale

The artwork is removed from public sale and will not be produced, sold or licensed to another client.

AN ARTWORK NO OTHER CLIENT CAN ACQUIRE

Why Choose Exclusivity?

Create a Unique Interior

Introduce an artwork that becomes closely associated with your property, business or brand.

Protect Its Distinctiveness

The artwork is removed from sale, ensuring that another client cannot purchase or display the same KC Art piece.

Strengthen Your Visual Identity

Exclusive artwork can give a hotel, restaurant, office or other professional space a more individual and memorable character.

Receive Personal Guidance

KC Art works directly with you to select the artwork, scale and finish that best complement your interior.

Invest in Something Truly Individual

Rather than purchasing one edition from a larger collection, you secure the artwork exclusively for your business.

Exclusivity and Copyright

Exclusivity means that the artwork will not be produced, sold or licensed to another client after the agreement takes effect.

Copyright and authorship remain with Kristin Couch / KC Art. The client may display the purchased physical artwork within the agreed business or property, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use the image for advertising, products or other commercial purposes unless separately agreed in writing.

KC Art may retain the right to show the artwork as part of the artist’s portfolio, archive and past work. Any retained rights will be clearly stated in the Exclusivity Agreement.

Important to Know

Only artworks that remain completely unsold are eligible for Exclusivity.

An artwork cannot be offered exclusively if an edition has already been purchased by another client. Eligibility will therefore always be confirmed before a proposal is prepared.

The artwork may also have appeared previously on the KC Art website, social media or in promotional materials. Exclusivity prevents future production, sale and licensing but cannot remove earlier public presentation of the artwork.

How is the price determined?

Pricing depends on the selected artwork, its exclusivity, size, material, finish, production, delivery and any project-specific requirements. A tailored proposal is provided before confirmation.
