1. What kind of art do you create?

I create digital and mixed-media art inspired by dreams, emotions, feminine energy, fairy tales, and the natural world. My style blends abstract, surreal, and colorful elements.

2. Are the artworks original?

Yes! All artwork is created by me, Kristin Couch. I offer both originals and limited-edition prints — each piece is a unique expression from my own creative world.

3. What sizes are available?

Prints are available in various sizes. You’ll find the size options listed on each product page. If you have a special request, feel free to contact me!

4. What materials do you use for prints?

All prints are made on high-quality, archival paper using professional printing techniques to ensure rich colors and lasting beauty.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location — typically:

• Sweden: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Due to the custom nature of prints, I generally don’t accept returns for change of mind.

8. Can I request a custom piece?

I occasionally take commissions depending on my schedule. If you’re interested in a custom artwork, please send me a message with your idea.

9. Do you sell digital downloads?

At the moment, I focus on physical art prints. Digital downloads may be available in the future — sign up for my newsletter to stay updated!
